Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering. Ordering any product on this website, by phone or through the Facebook page means agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1) You will receive your product within a maximum of 3 days within Dhaka and within a maximum of 4 days outside Dhaka after confirming your order.

2) The product order will be delivered subject to stock availability. Due to unavoidable reasons, the delivery of the product may take more time than the promised delivery time.

3) You have to specify your preferred color when ordering the product. If you do not specify the color, we will send the product in the color of our choice and then no complaints will be accepted.

4) Sometimes the color of the product in the picture may differ slightly from the actual product due to poor lighting during the photo taking or due to the monitor setting/PC resolution of your mobile, computer.

5) Loyal Shop bd may ask for partial or full payment in advance for order confirmation. In that case, if a buyer expresses his inability, the order will not be confirmed and will be considered canceled.

6) Even after the order confirmation, loyalshopbd has the right to cancel your order at any time due to unavoidable reasons. In this case, if the advance price is paid, the money will be refunded within a maximum of 10 working days of providing the necessary information for the refund (BKash number/Rocket number/Card number and others).

7) Take your time when choosing the product and carefully read the product description given on the website. If you order without reading the description, no complaints will be accepted later or no refund will be given.

8) The product code number given on the website will be considered as the correct code.

9) If you want to cancel the order after the product is delivered to the courier or delivery service, the customer will have to bear the delivery and return charges (if applicable).

10) Change of Mind (not liking it even though everything is correct) is not applicable.

11) In case of Open box (receive the packet/box) delivery, no complaint will be accepted after the delivery of the product.

12) Portable/Folding/Need To Assemble products will have to be set up by the customer. Portable/Folding/Need To Assemble product categories- Wardrobe and Cabinet, Shoe Cabinet, Storage and Organizer, Dish Racks and Sink Accessories, Kitchen Rack and Shelves, Jar and Rack, Water Purifier.

13) Loyal Shop bd will not accept any liability for any damage due to the buyer's incompetence or practical errors.

14) All deliveries are made in Close box (in intake condition). When receiving the product, you should check whether the packet/box is in intake condition. If the packet/box is torn, cracked or damaged, you should contact our customer care number immediately.
